    • Gets things done well and efficiently.
    • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
    • Drafting and Advertise job posting opening in Portals & Social Media
    • Sourcing potential candidates from different Portals
    • Sharing emails to candidates, scheduling their interviews if shortlisted
    • Screening resumes, Interview candidates
    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Prepare reports & MIS
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Teamwork: Collaborates with others to achieve shared goals and does whatever is needed to make the team a success.
