Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities of A Recruitment Specialist
    • Individual will be responsible from offering to closing (joining) a candidate. ( End to end Recruitment cycle).
    • This will include understanding the requirement, offering candidates and tag relevant candidate. Dropping acknowledgement email with job description to the candidates after speaking with them.
    • Scheduling interviews and follow up with them and closing with sending feedback to manager .
    • Daily and weekly Follow up , Maintaining Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Maintaining own database.
    • Open to travel at client location for the interview coordination.
    • Maintaining, offering tracker and interview tracker.
    • Maintaining Joining tracker and follow up with candidates every week through call and mail (with acknowledgement).
    Mandatory skills; -
    • Good communication skill (writing and speaking English).
    • Understanding of outlook, MS Word, MS Excel , PPT
    • Good Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
    • Smart communicator and quick learner
    • Individual should be Passionate about adapting new things
    Education :- Any Graduate
