Job Description

    Job Position: Hr Manager, Architectural FirmKey Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement Hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the architectural firm.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a good fit with the firms culture and values.
    • Oversee on-boarding processes to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the team.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees and management on Hr issues, policies, and regulations.
    • Develop and monitor overall Hr strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    • Nurture a positive working environment by developing culture-building programs and team-building activities.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Assess training needs, apply them, and monitor training programs.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through Hr metrics.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven working experience as an Hr manager or other Hr executive.
    • Knowledge of Hr systems and databases.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and Hr best practices.
    • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or design sector is highly desirable.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • Degree in human resources or a related field.
