Job Description

    1. Onboarding and Documentation
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensure all required documents, contracts, and policies are signed and maintained.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and introduce company policies to new employees.
    2. Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
    • Handle promotions, transfers, and other employee status changes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    3. Exit Management
    • Oversee employee offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
    • Manage final settlements, relieving letters, and other exit documentation.
    • Identify trends in employee turnover and suggest improvements.
    4. Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with external HR service providers and vendors.
    • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and service level agreements.
    • Ensure timely payments and quality service delivery.
