Job Description

    Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Documentation:Maintain and manage employee records, personal files, and HR documentation in an organized and confidential manner.Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, confirmations, transfers, and employee exits.Manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate and manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and system entries.Facilitate new joiner orientation and induction coordination.Support HR team in managing confirmation processes, contract renewals, and exit formalities.3. HR Systems & Data ManagementMaintain and regularly update employee databases, HR trackers, and MIS reports.Ensure accuracy of employee information and HR records across internal systems.Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and data for internal stakeholders.4. Payroll & Compliance CoordinationCoordinate with the payroll team to provide accurate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance records, leave data, and other required information.Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Support the HR team in maintaining HR policies, documentation standards, and audit readiness.5. Employee Support & CoordinationAct as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations anddocumentation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and timely resolution of employee requests.Assist in implementing HR initiatives and internal communication related to HRoperations.Qualification & ExperienceAny Graduate1 to 3 years of experience in an HR Operations role (Employee Life Cycle)Must be a quick learner capable of adapting to internal HR tools and workflows rapidly.Critical Soft SkillsExtreme Attention to DetailActive Conflict Resolution: Ability to address employee grievances neutrally, empathetically, and discreetly.Time Management: Capacity to handle multiple overlapping administrative deadlines simultaneously.Eligibility Criterias:Travel/Commute: Candidates residing between Virar to Dadar are preferred due to daily operational requirements and shift timings.Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period of 7 to 15 days).
