    We are hiring for a leading FMCG company for HR Operations ManagerPlease find below job descriptionOnboardingEnsure all hirings are completed on or before the date of joining Ensure all appointment letters and joining documents are issued to employees on time Ensure that the acceptance of appointment letter is received on timely basisBackground Verification of Candidates: Ensure Background Verification is completed by TA team before joining for candidates End to End Exit Management Ensure all relieving are actioned on timely basisEnsure documentation is received on time Ensure relieving and experience letter are issued on time To assist in F&F by providing necessary documents and clearances Process Changes / System automation for Onboarding & Exit Activating the link for below 90 employees Activating the tab for exit for employees other than HO Tracking Disciplinary Action and PIP cases Monitoring redeployment of Surplus employee
