Job Description

    Company: Leading General Insurance.Role: Manager - HR Ops & Analytics.Location: Mumbai Corporate Office.Qualification: MBA preferred. Industry Preference: BFSI.Work Day: 5
    • Role Objective:
    To lead the analytics and data management for HR Ops & Compensation along with drivingprocess automation for the team.
    • Responsibilities:
    The incumbent of this role will be responsible for Comp & Ben Analytics:
    1. Participate, validate & analyses the Annual market salary bench- marking study
    2. Support with data management & analytics with regards various fields like
    3. the annual merit process & bonus payouts, etc.
    Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
    1. Analytics support for annual planning & forecasting process
    2. Track HR costs on a monthly basis and evaluate gaps / areas of improvements
    3. Maintain HR headcount and cost budget / forecast data with zero errors
    HR Operations:
    1. Evaluate employee lifecycle processes & suggest on improvements & automation.
    2. Support in payroll inputs & checks.
    3. HR Analytics & presentations Attrition, HR Dashboards, fill rate,
    4. productivity, review presentations etc.
    5. HR Tech Administration.
    • Competencies:
    1. Expert in MS Excel & data management.
    2. Excellent Analytical skills & ability to derive meaningful insights.
    3. Proficient communication & presentation skills.
    4. Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams.
    5. Experience with HR & analytical tools.
