Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • Screening, shortlisting and scheduling candidates from various job portals
    • Following up with them and conducting initial round of interviews
    • Sending offer letters, documentation and arranging final managerial rounds
    • Build data bank for future vacancies
    • Design & implement the overall recruitment strategy
    • Good communication skill
    • Efficiently manage the organization structure & HR Policies
    • Building reward & recognition process
    • Ensuring employee support and welfare
    Eligibility criteria
    1. Graduate/ MBA in HR / Marketing
    2. Min 1-2 years exp of BPO Sector/ recruitment field are preferable
    3. Age below 34
    4. Only female candidates can apply
    5. Very good in English and Hindi

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • must have an attitude and practice of aggressive hiring
    • Must be a smart worker, dynamic and have an attitude to deal with extreme work load
    • Must be open to various work challenges
    • Must be good in people dealing
