Job Description

    As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with significant experience in full-cycle recruiting and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.*Key Responsibilities:**Full-Cycle Recruitment:*- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and extending offers.- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    1. *Candidate Screening and Assessment:*
    - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct phone screenings, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.
    1. Candidate Experience:
    - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.- Provide feedback and updates to candidates promptly.
    1. *HR Metrics and Reporting:*
    - Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.*Qualifications:*- Minimum of 1 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.- Proven experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Key Competencies:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Effective negotiation and influencing skills.- High level of attention to detail.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
