    • Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post-offer process, and final joining.
    • Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting, and mapping techniques.
    • Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.
    • Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
    Candidate specifications:
    • Candidates should have a passion for recruitment.
    • Candidates from finance and HR backgrounds are encouraged to apply
    • Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
