Job Description

    Role & responsibilities
    • Talent Acquisition:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
    • Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
    • Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
    • Onboarding Support:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
