This position is key in ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent to stay competitive and achieve business objectives. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
      • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
      • Use multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to identify suitable candidates.
      • Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates.
    • Screening and Shortlisting:
      • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
      • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates fit for the role.
      • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
    • Coordinating the Hiring Process:
      • Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
      • Support the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
      • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Candidate Experience:
      • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates with clear communication and timely updates.
      • Address any queries or concerns candidates may have during the hiring process.
    • Onboarding Support:
      • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
      • Collaborate with the HR team to complete necessary documentation and background checks.
    • Data Management and Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Generate and present recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
