We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent.Position Summary:The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
    • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with the companys brand.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment plans.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
    • Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, conducting reference checks, and negotiating employment terms.
    • Employer Branding: Promote Advait Techserve as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, networking events, and building relationships with educational institutions.
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize the hiring process.
    Essential Criteria:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within BFSI, IT, Finance & Accounting, Marketing and Creative domains.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification is a plus.
