    • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates from various job portals and professional networks based on recruitment criteria.
    • Technical Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for technical roles across sectors like oil & gas, construction, EPC, petrochemical, and facility management.
    • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates skills and qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Turnaround Time (TAT): Ensure timely delivery of recruitment goals by meeting TAT benchmarks.
    • Social Media Utilization: Leverage social media platforms for talent acquisition and employer branding.
    • Job Posting: Draft and post compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
    • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about recruitment trends and industry updates.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in BMS, BBA, or any related discipline.
    • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
    Skills Required:
    • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
    • Ability to understand and interpret technical job descriptions effectively.
    • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
