Job Description

    Lisa manpower is fast rising startup in recruitment education and training.Job location - Work from homeJob dutiesSource right candidate for given position using job portals, social media and any other resource provided by company.Telephone or virtual interview of candidates to test their suitability for the role and schedule interviews on provided date and time. Prepare daily Excel sheet of hiring process.Post job details on different job portals and social media platforms as required by company. Any other role which is related to hiring process.Modifying or updating CV of candidates according to recent changes.Scheduling interviews, reminders to candidate on email, call and whatsapp.Completing post selection onboarding formalities of candidates and promoting additional services of MPD ventures llp.In addition to this intern will be responsible for promoting Education and Training programs of Lisamanpower.Intern will have to give updates and reports each day to team leader and company on the work done as per duties given according to their job role.
