Job Description

    We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Female) to join our team on third-party payroll for our Mumbai Worli office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate skills, and match profiles to job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain candidate database and ensure regular follow-ups.Handle joining formalities and documentation.Coordinate with the payroll partner for compliance-related documentation.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status and closures.Key Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.Good understanding of hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple job roles and meet deadlines.
