Job Description

    Position - HR Executive - Recruitment (Only Female)Qualification and Experience- Graduate- English Medium Schooling- Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email- Must have done recruitment single handedly (1 months - 8 years)Working Day & Timings Flexi hours 9 hours per day between 9.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining working. All Sunday offBenefits - Incentives, Provident Fund, Medical Insurance, Accident Insurance, 24 days Annual Paid Leave, Variable performance incentive, 12 Bank holidaysWorkplace Vasai West (15 min by rickshaw from Vasai road Station) Landmark Behind Unity mall and above Janseva hospital.- Reviewing resumes and applications- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process- Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates and schedule interviews.- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills- Deep understanding of recruitment processes- Proven working experience in recruiting- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening from different portals, social media.- we use ATS for recruitment processes
