Job Description

    Key Responsibilities1. Hub Operations
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned Licious Hub.
    • Ensure smooth order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and fulfilment.
    • Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within defined TAT.
    • Monitor operational performance and take corrective action wherever required.
    • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the hub.
    2. Team Management
    • Manage Hub Crew, Packers, Support Staff and Delivery Riders.
    • Prepare manpower deployment and shift rosters based on business requirements.
    • Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity and performance.
    • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
    • Train and coach team members on SOPs, processes and customer service.
    • Handle employee/rider grievances and resolve operational conflicts.
    3. Rider & Last-Mile Operations
    • Ensure adequate rider availability as per daily order volume.
    • Monitor rider productivity, utilization and attendance.
    • Coordinate with the rider/fleet team for smooth last-mile operations.
    • Ensure timely allocation and dispatch of orders.
    • Track delayed, cancelled and failed deliveries and take corrective action.
    • Ensure riders follow company policies, safety guidelines and SOPs.
    4. Inventory Management
    • Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
    • Ensure proper inward, storage, picking and stock movement.
    • Monitor stock variance, wastage, damages and expiry.
    • Conduct regular physical stock audits.
    • Ensure proper cold-chain and storage conditions for products.
    • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for replenishment.
    5. Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety
    • Maintain high standards of hub hygiene and cleanliness.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
    • Monitor temperature and cold-chain compliance.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of meat and seafood products.
    • Maintain required operational and hygiene records.
    • Support internal and external audits and close audit observations.
    6. KPI & Performance ManagementMonitor and improve key operational metrics such as:
    • Order Fulfilment Rate
    • On-Time Dispatch
    • On-Time Delivery
    • Order TAT
    • Rider Productivity
    • Rider Utilization
    • Order Cancellation
    • Inventory Accuracy
    • Wastage / Shrinkage
    • Customer Complaints
    • Hub Productivity
    • Manpower Cost
    • Operational Cost
    Analyze daily performance and prepare reports for management.7. Customer Experience
    • Ensure orders reach customers accurately and within the committed timeline.
    • Handle operational escalations and customer complaints.
    • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
    • Maintain Licious service and brand standards.
    8. Recruitment & People Development
    • Support recruitment of riders, packers and hub staff as per manpower requirements.
    • Conduct interviews and onboarding activities where required.
    • Ensure proper induction and process training for new employees.
    • Identify performance gaps and provide coaching.
    • Support retention and engagement initiatives.
    9. Compliance & Safety
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs and local regulations.
    • Maintain workplace safety standards.
    • Ensure proper use of safety equipment and PPE where applicable.
    • Report incidents, operational risks and compliance issues to management.
    • Ensure all hub documentation and records are maintained properly.
