Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Human Resources Business Partner at the company, you will have the opportunity to engage in intellectual challenges, professional growth, and collaboration with supportive colleagues. Your role will involve working closely with the business teams to develop, implement, and support HR programs, policies, and processes that enhance the firms value. If you thrive in a results-driven and team-oriented environment, you will find our culture to be a great fit.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support recruitment activities such as job specifications, postings, initial screens, assessments, and background checks.- Plan and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding.- Manage leaves and handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.- Identify and address compliance issues with HR policies and laws, maintaining the employee handbook.- Ensure benefits and policies are competitive and compliant to attract and retain talent.- Enter and review employee information in Workday, providing reports as required.- Assist in the annual performance review process and drive local projects in alignment with the regional people agenda.- Participate in regional or global HR projects as needed.Qualification Required:- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for professional services background.- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, additional language skills are advantageous.Additional Company Details:The HR team at the company is dedicated to supporting key business initiatives through continuous process improvement and collaboration with various functional groups.
