    Dear Candidate we are hiring HVAC project Engineer and HVAC project Co ordinator for an Engineering company Located at Vasaifor project Engineer Sites will be at Thane dombivali and parel and for project co ordinator work location will be at Head offcice in Vasai.if interested then kindly call or drop your resume athidden_mobileHR HeadSuhel TajExperience of min 3 years in HVAC is requiredSal upto 35-40kJD for HVAC project EngineerDevelop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirementsCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projectsOversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with quality standardsMonitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completionConduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and resolve any issues or conflictsCollaborate with the HVAC design team to optimize system performance and efficiencyProvide technical support and guidance to project team membersMaintain documentation and records of project activities, including drawings, specifications, and reportsEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelinesHVAC Project Coordinator Responsibilities:Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.Manage HVAC unit installations from start to finish.Facilitate and manage plumbing requested as requested by client.Create and execute project timelinesEnsure timely execution and implementation of every aspect of project Monitors and reports on the progress of the project to all appropriate individuals.Minimizes company exposure and risk by preemptively identifying project issues.Formulate and implement corrective actions when needed.Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.Manage project budget and ensure profitability.Manage and resolve vendor issues as they arise.Negotiate final vendor HVAC costs
