Job Description

    The Role:The IMPS Switch Monitoring Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and monitoring of the IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) switch applications. This role involves overseeing real-time transaction processing, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the overall health of the payment system 24/7.Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and manage IMPS switch operations, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly and in a timely manner.
    • Handle IMPS XML configurations for P2P and P2A transactions, troubleshooting any related issues.
    • Manage and verify public/private certificates used in IMPS transactions (remitter, beneficiary).
    • Perform regular checks and audits, ensuring the health of the IMPS switch and payment systems.
    • Generate and review IMPS reconciliation and automated application reports.
    • Participate in and conduct disaster recovery (DR) drills to ensure business continuity.
    • Respond to incidents and escalate critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent knowledge in IMPS transactions switch application.
    • Strong understanding of IMPS XML setup and peer-to-peer (P2P) and peer-to-account (P2A) transactions.
    • Familiarity with certificate management and secure payment systems.
    • Ability to generate reports, analyse data, and handle discrepancies.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
    • 2-4 Years of relevant experience in IMPS Switch Monitoring.
    • Need monitoring experience and willing to do 24*7 shifts including Saturday and Sunday.
