Job Description

    Job Title: Innovation PMOLocation: Mumbai Experience: 2-7 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Budget: Up to 5 LPA Grade: A4 & B1Key Skills:
    • Primary: Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Project Manager
    • Secondary: Product & Packaging Innovation
    • Domain Expertise: FMCG, CPG, Supply Chain Management
    Role Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Innovation PMO to support and manage end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in FMCG/CPG sectors, with a good understanding of project management and product lifecycle in innovation, from ideation to market launch.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and support innovation projects across packaging and product development lifecycles.
    • Assist in project kick-offs and ensure stakeholder alignment on scope, objectives, and timelines.
    • Facilitate and coordinate project meetings (kick-off, updates, post-mortems) and ensure communication flow across teams.
    • Track and monitor project progress, maintain project dashboards and documentation using PM tools and Excel.
    • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and propose mitigation or acceleration plans.
    • Ensure documentation accuracy and collect complete supporting materials for internal records and approvals.
    • Conduct lessons-learned reviews to refine future project execution.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Education: MBA preferred; Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
    • Experience:
      • 3 years in project management, ideally within FMCG or CPG domains.
      • 3 years in product innovation, packaging development, or marketing.
      • Experience as a Brand Manager is a plus.
    • Proficient in analytical tools like Power BI and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align them towards project goals.
    • Resilient under pressure with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
    • Culturally aware with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
