Job Description

Job Responsibilities: You will be part of UAE operations team sitting in Mumbai Office. As an Operations Executive Inbound You will be responsible for working with the UAE team to provide Inbound Support for Global Tourists Key Responsibilities include Tour Arrangements, Travel Arrangements, & Travel Logistics The Global Tourism Includes Europe, Africa, Asia and USA. Handle all bookings: transportation, hotels, activities, and permits. Ensure timely confirmations and prepare all travel documents, including vouchers and Conduct pre-tour reconfirmations to align with client expectations and standards. Monitor live operations during the trip and resolve any issues or deviations quickly. Collect post-tour feedback to improve service delivery. Track tour-related expenses and ensure profitability. Manage client invoicing, collect payments, and handle refunds when required.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inbound tour operation Work Location:Andheri East,Days of work Monday to Saturday (Saturday work from Home)Timings - 8 am to 5.30 pm / 10 am 7.30 pm / 11 am 8.30 pm / 1 pm 10.30 pmkindly Contanct: hidden_mobile
