Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Create comprehensive project plans, detailing schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and requirements.
    • Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment needed for the project.
    Site Management:
    • Manage daily activities and operations on the construction site.
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with building codes.
    • Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
    Budget and Cost Control:
    • Track and manage project expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and regular progress reports.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
    Quality Assurance:
    • Perform routine inspections to confirm the construction work meets quality standards.
    • Implement corrective measures to address and rectify deficiencies or non-compliance.
    Team Leadership:
    • Direct and inspire the construction team to achieve project objectives.
    • Offer training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
