    • Identifying business problems, understand the customer issue and fix the issue.
    • Evaluating reoccurring issues and work on for permanent solution
    • Focus on service improvement.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues and design flaws
    • Working both individually and on a team to deliver work on time
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with Minimum 1-3 years of experience
    • AWS IAAS, PAAS & SAAS service expert Load Balancer, Transit Gateway, Internet gateway, NACL, EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, Nat Gateway, SNS, SQS, Security Group, AWS Backup, AWS System Manager, KMS Guard duty, Cognito, EKS, Fargate, Docker etc.
    • Orchestration & Containerization Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift
    • Security Management Firewall Mgmt, FortiGate firewall
    • Network Monitoring and Management (VPN, VPC, VNET, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, DNS, Load balancers, NLB, NAT, Route53
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • VMC VMware Cloud expert on these services ESXi Host, SDDC, Vsphere Cluster, Vcenter, NSX-T, Direct Connect, AVI Load Balancer, LiNux Oracle VMs, Windows VMs, Linux VMs, Openshift and VMware experience.
    • Databases / DWH Monitoring and Management (RDS, Synapse Paas, Data Factory, ADLS, Databricks, Couchbase, Mongodb, Postgress, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, SQL, Arch, Recovery, patch Management)
    • Experience of Operating System WINDOWS 2012, WINDOWS 2016, Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu, AIX, UNIX.
