Job Description

    Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the companysproducts/services. Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media,and other channels. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture them through the salesfunnel. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicatevalue propositions.Requirements:4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development / Lead Generation roles. Prior experience in SaaS / IT / Tech sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle cold calling and lead qualification. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
