    1. Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound leads.
    2. Qualify leads based on their courier needs, volume, and business potential.
    Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
    2. Regularly follow up with potential and current customers to assess their needs and ensure satisfaction.
    Sales Conversion:
    1. Explain services offered by the company, including delivery options, pricing, and any special offerings.
    2. Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective customers.
    Sales Targets:
    1. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
    2. Track performance through CRM tools and report to the sales manager.
    Coordination:
    1. Liaise with logistics, operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
    2. Work with the billing team to resolve any customer billing issues.
    Market Research:
    1. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors services to better position your companys offerings.
    2. Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for service improvements.
    Documentation:
    1. Prepare contracts, quotes, and other necessary documentation for client onboarding and service setup.
    Required Skills:
    1. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate courier service details and benefits to clients.
    2. Negotiation Skills:Ability to negotiate pricing and service terms with customers.
    3. Sales Techniques:Knowledge of effective sales techniques, including consultative selling and closing strategies.
    4. CRM Systems:Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
    5. Time Management:Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously.
    6. Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
    7. Product Knowledge:Understanding of courier services, delivery options, pricing structures, and competitive offerings.
    Qualifications:
    1. Any Bachelors degree.
    2. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in logistics, courier services, or similar field
