Job Description

    Position : Inside SalesRepresentative/ExecutiveLocation : MulundResponsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell travel packages, tours, and services
    • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about our tourism products and services
    • Generate sales and convert inquiries into bookings
    • Explaining company services and products
    • Maintaining daily call records
    • Submitting daily progress reports
    • Meet monthly sales targets and convert leads into bookings
    • Provide information on travel destinations, packages, and services
    • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints
    • Upsell and cross-sell travel services to existing customers
    Qualifications:
    • Freshers are welcome: But need to be Graduate
    • If Experienced: Minimum 1 year of Experience in Tele Sales
    • Excellent Communication Skills & Grasping knowledge
    • Preferred Language: Hindi, Marathi, English & Gujarati
    • Basic Computer knowledge with a minimum speed of 30wpm
    • Basic Internet Browsing Skills
