Make Presentations, Drawings, Tender, BOQa. Create concept, schematic, detailed design presentationsb. Create drawings in CAD as per project stagesc. Make models, renders in Photoshop, Google SketchUpd. Make BOQs, Tenders in MS Officee. Make MOMs of meetings held with clients & contractorsf. Modify, update, improve or tweak the presentations, workings, BOQs, Tenders regularly.2. Material selection shopping as may be requireda. For projects under your management, you must accompany the clients for the material selections and be willing to accommodate this activity into your schedule.3. Site Execution monitoring / working & Site visits as requireda. For projects under your management, you would be required to visit your sites once a week or as required.b. Conducting weekly or bi-weekly project reviews with contractor, Daily Project Monitoring, Certify work & bills as per site progress.c. Make & Check Site reports basis work progress.4. Coordinate and follow up with vendors, contractors, clients, speciality consultants as per project needs.5. Comply with commitments on deliverables to clients and following up on the same.6. You would require you to ensure that the firm has been honouring its commitments to its clients. This would apply to design and construction deliverables.7. Visit furniture workshops and factories to ensure the highest standard of finish and quality.8. You may be required to periodically visit the workshops/ factories to ensure attention to finer details and proportions.Candidate should be ready to travel
