Job Description

    • Interior Design development of Anand Rathi offices located Pan India.
    • Concept design development through references pics, sketches or through schematic diagram with the integration of requirement and with 3D drawings or sketch up.
    • Project compliances based on Municiple guidelines and building Norms.
    • Material selection and documentation. Preparation of material board
    • Bill of quantity preparation with proper specification and material selection.
    • Working drawings preparation of each area incorporation of detail site survey report and material finishes details
    • Good for execution drawings preparation for site construction purpose.
    • Preparation of detailed Construction activity schedule / PERT chart before construction phase.
    • Regular Site visits and co-ordination with vendors to ensure smooth site execution to achieve efficient and speedy execution of the work.
    • Actual work done analysis/ checking at site regularly during construction phase to ensure quality work as per actual drawing, specification, Budget, within timeline and BOQ.
    • Site visits to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
    • Snag list preparation and completion of snag before handover.
    • Measurement checking and bill finalization
    • Handover documentation from each agencies including preparation of as built drawings,
    • Handover documentation with guaranteed warrantee cards / documents.
    • Escalation matrices etc.
    • Handover document submission to admin or concern team
    • Provide support after handover during maintenance activities
    • AMC finalization of all activities related office development and infrastructure
