Job Description

    Job Title: International Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: MumbaiJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers worldwide. Youll play a key role in resolving inquiries, offering personalized support, and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our products and services.     • HSC (Freshers or experienced)
    • Graduate (Freshers or experienced)
    Salary: Up to 35,000/month (based on experience, communication skills, and performance)Shifts: US, UK, and AUS shifts availableWork Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational week offsSkills & Qualifications:
    • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a BPO or international setting).
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in [languages required].
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
    • A team player with a positive, proactive approach to work.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
