Job Description

    Looking for a stable and rewarding career in the banking customer service domain We are hiring for an International US Banking Process at our Malad and Thane offices. If you have prior international BPO experience and excellent communication skills, this role could be the right step forward.Work Location: Malad & Thane (Work from Office)Compensation: Up to 35,000 in-hand (based on last drawn & relevant experience)Shift Window: US Shift 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (9 working hours)Schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 rotational week-offsRole OverviewAs part of the US Banking Customer Service team, you will:
    • Assist US-based customers with queries on accounts, transactions, and services
    • Resolve concerns in line with banking compliance and security standards
    • Deliver prompt, clear, and professional support across voice processes
    • Work in a dynamic, process-driven environment with opportunities to grow
    Who Can Apply
    • HSC or Graduate with minimum 1 year International BPO experience (Banking/Finance domain preferred)
    • Strong English communication (spoken & written)
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts
    • Mandatory: All educational and employment documents
