Job Description

    Role:- Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance in Web and Mobile Application Development for solving business needs- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings- Performing requirements analysis- Preparation of Technical specification document- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management- Working closely with users, developers, and managerial staff.- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.- Performing user acceptance testing.- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.- Serving as a liaison between developers and stakeholders.- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.- Cybersecurity compliance of the developed solutionRequirements:- B.Tech (Computer Science preferred) MBA (preferred)- 5-7 yrs of relevant experience with good experience as a business analyst with direct interaction with end users- Good knowledge of Business Process and Technical Specification Documentation, Agile methodology- Hands on with ASP.net, Angular, MSSQL database, Power BI Knowledge (preferred)- Understanding of Cybersecurity norms for mobile apps and PWA- Understanding of responsive app development lifecycle- Good with User interactions, Networking- Good Project Management Skills- Should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.Location: Mumbai
