Job Description

    Company:Leading Credit Bureau Firm.Role:IT Compliance - Manager.Location:Mumbai Experience:4-9 years in IT compliance, risk management, or related field, preferably in the banking sector.Workday:5Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
    2. Risk Assessment:Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of IT systems to identify potential compliance issues.
    3. Policy Implementation:Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures.
    4. Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor compliance with IT policies and procedures, and report on compliance status to senior management.
    5. Training and Awareness:Provide training and awareness programs to IT staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
    6. Incident Management:Manage and investigate IT compliance incidents, and implement corrective actions.
    7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, to ensure a cohesive approach to IT compliance.
    8. Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT compliance activities and findings.
    9. Reporting & Insights:Prepare and present compliance dashboards to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
    Skills:
    1. Education:Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) is a plus.
    2. Knowledge:Strong understanding of regulatory RBI requirements and IT Outsourcing & ITGRC Ciruclars and IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
    3. Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
