Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:Handling purchase request of materials in terms of Hardware/Software/Consumables/Networking/AMC for Corporate offices fand for PAN India Branches. Floating enquiries and receiving quotations / bids from vendors as per procurement policy. Negotiate price- commercial terms & agreements with vendors. Ensuring quality of material from vendors as per desired norms. Arranging logistics for the delivery of material at the respective locations/branches. Handling Branch/HO requirements by following the IT procurement policy guidelines on daily basis. Strict adherence to procurement policy in terms of RFQ/comparison & PO executions. Disposal of IT assets across HO & Branches as per disposal Managing end to end RFP / tendering Process, conducting Reverse Auction Assist with drafting, revising & circulating purchase and procurement documentations. Co-ordination with selected vendors on supply and delivery of purchased items. Execution of Renewals & Fresh procurements sanction/ approval notes in system.8 YearsIndustry : BFSI
