Job Description

    We are hiring an IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution for our SaaS platform. The role will be responsible for taking initiatives from requirements through development, testing, UAT, and release while ensuring clear scope, structured planning, effective coordination, risk management, and predictable delivery.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, and release.
    • Gather and document requirements, assumptions, project scope, and acceptance criteria.
    • Convert requirements into clear user stories and actionable tasks.
    • Create and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
    • Coordinate with developers and QA teams to validate task breakdowns and effort estimates.
    • Track daily project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers.
    • Coordinate effectively with Engineering, QA, Design, Product, and Leadership teams.
    • Manage scope changes by evaluating impact and updating project plans and priorities.
    • Conduct project execution activities including daily check-ins, planning, and reviews.
    • Prepare regular project status updates covering progress, risks, and decisions required.
    • Coordinate UAT, release-readiness activities, checklists, and go-live planning.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • 23 years of experience in Software Project Management, IT Project Management, Delivery, Implementation, or PMO roles.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
    • Technical understanding to effectively coordinate with software developers; coding is not required.
    • Ability to write clear tasks, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage project dependencies.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on experience with Jira, Zoho Sprints, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
