Job Description

    Job Title: IT Service Manager Experience: 7 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Salary: Up to 18 LPA Functional Area: IT Infrastructure / Service Management / ITILJob Summary:We are hiring an experienced IT Service Manager with a strong background in ITSM processes and expertise in tools like ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing incidents and requests, and driving continual service improvement initiatives in line with ITIL best practices.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead IT service management operations, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
    • Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform configurations and workflows.
    • Ensure SLA adherence and monitor service performance metrics.
    • Drive process improvement and operational excellence across IT services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service delivery gaps and resolve issues.
    • Maintain service documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
    Key Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, etc.)
    • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
    • Solid understanding of ITIL framework
    • Experience managing enterprise-level IT operations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    • ITIL Certification is preferred
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Management roles
