    5. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Java applications, optimizing code and infrastructure as necessary.
    6. Troubleshooting: Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting production issues, guiding the team towards effective resolutions.

    1. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    2. Task Allocation: Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring balanced work distribution.
