Job Description

    Position : Java Trainer at ThaneExperience: 1-3 years Notice Period: 15 days Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Technical and Final, both face-to-face) Location: Thane Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday will be working) Job Type: Permanent Full-TimeAbout the Job: We are seeking a Java Trainer to join our team in Thane. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training on the latest Java technologies to students and ensuring they understand and master the skills required.Job Profile:
    • Conducting lectures and preparing materials for students.
    • Delivering technology training based on the latest trends and tools.
    • Assisting students with projects and assignments during lab sessions.
    • Upgrading training content and knowledge to keep up with emerging technologies.
    • Tracking batch progress and reporting any issues to management.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct training sessions according to the defined curriculum.
    • Guide students in completing their lab assignments and projects.
    • Stay updated with new technologies and integrate them into training programs.
    • Monitor batch progress and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    Required Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficiency in Java Server Pages (JSP) and Servlets.
    • Familiarity with web frameworks such as Struts and Spring.
    • Strong knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
    • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
    • Core Java, Advanced Java, C#, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and MVC.
    • Freshers with hands-on knowledge in the above skills are welcome to apply.
