Job Description

    Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our general staffing business. This position entails overseeing a team of executives and managers responsible for the complete associate lifecycle management, compliance, and client relationship management. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional service, fostering engagement, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction leading to business growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and direct a team of executives and managers in all aspects of general staffing. Provide day-to-day work direction, ensuring adherence to established processes and policies.
    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews, keep them informed of changes and developments, and showcase initiatives.
    • Interdepartmental Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams and functions to align with the business needs of clients. Ensure seamless support for client requirements.
    • Performance Standards: Establish, monitor, and implement team performance standards related to quality, accuracy, customer centricity, problem resolution, corrective action, and continuous improvement. Strive to meet or exceed defined metrics.
    • Cost Control and Resource Optimization: Manage costs and attrition effectively while optimizing resources to ensure maximum productivity.
    • Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and increased margins.
