The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management & Sales:1. Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with key accounts.2. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients.3. Expand partnerships with channels like Modern Trade, Supermarkets, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce.4. Monitor product availability weekly across Modern Trade and E-commerce channels to ensure consistent sales.5. Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate updates in the PO tracker.6. Ensure timely payment collection from clients in alignment with agreed terms.7. Reconcile accounts periodically with assigned clients for seamless financial management.8. Conduct store visits to monitor product availability, ensure proper display, and verify accurate pricing in Modern Trade stores.9. Track client forecasts and align them with actual Purchase Orders to avoid discrepancies.10. Monitor competitor activities, including new product launches.11. Collaborate with internal teams and the factory to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery.Client Relationship Management:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.2. Communicate client needs and expectations to internal teams for prompt action.3. Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent service delivery.Key Skills Required:1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.2. Proficiency in English: Fluency in both written and spoken English.3. Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.4. PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create impactful presentations.5. Negotiation Skills: Expertise in client and stakeholder negotiations.6.
