Job Description

    • You are the key touchpoint for all things client, etc.
    • You will be the point person responsible for overseeing the success of client research projects and liaising with customers / our sales team to ensure everything is correct and as per plan.
    • Also, you may interpret the best way to deliver a client objective and work with the delivery teams to make recommendations.
    • Part of the role involves responding to support issues and jumping on client calls / troubleshoot customer issues / train clients.
    • Also working with the research operations team to get the supporting ecosystem in place for a successful client projects.
    • Training clients on the platform and other stakeholders also, is part of the job role.
    • This role will be expected to also run some supported marketing and digital communication efforts towards addressing current/new client queries.
    • By providing support to clients you are a key resource to understanding our customers, so you will act as a critical source of feedback to our product / technology team.
