Job Description

    -This role will be responsible for driving business throughnew Organized Retail Chain Introduction and managementof allocated Organized Retail Chains on the distributionplatform.-The person would be responsible for the end-to-endbusiness development for all Organized Retail (GroceryBased MT/Beauty Stores/Quick Commerce and OtherRegional MT stores) Chains allocated to him/her.-This would include (but not limited to) Sales, Placement,Distribution expansion, Visual Merchandising, Promotion/Activity Planning, Training, Return Management, Reviews,etc.- The Person would also be responsible for adding newOrganized Retail Chains into the network.-Overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Operations.Minimum 4 + years of experience with a Beauty/ Skin Care/Personal Care Brand handling distribution in OrganizedRetail Channel. (PAN India Departmental or Beauty Chainhandling experience preferred).-Managed At least 2 Grocery based MT and large Beautychain / Quick Commerce PAN India. Handled profitableChain expansion.-Handled Day to Day management of individual outlets forsales, service, and customer complaints.-Daily accounting and inventory management experience isnecessary.
