The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, confident, and capable of working under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. A keen understanding of ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements is essential.Successful candidates will demonstrate strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Roles & Responsibilities
    • Contribute to team efforts by achieving assigned compliance objectives
    • Formulate and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
    • Review and verify KYC documentation accurately
    • Calculate income and asset values from multiple sources
    • Maintain daily records and Excel sheets
    • Prepare and submit weekly compliance reports to the HOD every Friday
    • Ensure proper documentation as per prescribed standards and secure data storage
    • Review, monitor, and update compliance policies with corrective action plans when required
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data
    • Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • High attention to detail with effective multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
