Job Description

    Job DescriptionLooking for an experiencedCivil-Structural Engineerto oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and project execution. The role involves leading engineering teams, reviewing project progress, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. The candidate will provide technical support, update engineering standards, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends through seminars and training. Site visits will be conducted to assess project challenges and implement corrective actions. Additionally, the role includes managing software requirements for the department and mentoring junior engineers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan manpower requirements (engineers & technicians) based on current and future workload.
    • Allocate resources effectively, assigning lead engineers and other team members as per project demands.
    • Monitor project progress and reallocate resources as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Motivate and guide team members to ensure high-quality, timely project completion.
    • Provide technical support to colleagues and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
    • Conduct periodic site visits to gather client feedback and address project issues.
    • Develop and update engineering specifications, design calculations, and bill of materials.
    • Stay updated with industry advancements through seminars and share insights with the team.
    • Manage and oversee engineering software requirements for the department.
    • Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their technical skills.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree inCivil-Structural Engineering.
    • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such asStaad-Pro, Etabs, Safe, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong experience in designing of Building Industry particular engineering plants, concrete buildings, and steel structures.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to conduct site visits, address project challenges, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
