Job Description

      • Identifying training needs in coordination with HODs
      • Make & Implement Training Calendar (Internal and External)
      • Prepare and Implement Operating Manuals, SOPs
      • New Product / Process Training to Team Members
      • Other On Job Training Modules - based on Customer Feedback & Operational issues conveyed by Operations Team.
      • New Joiners Induction and Onboarding
      • Employee Audits
      • Conduct Exit Interviews and design Training Modules as per feedback received in them
      • Supporting Ops in achieving Goals/Targets
      • Staff Retention / Control Attrition
      • To attend all meetings as and when required.
      • To assist the team members in their day to day working.
      • Keeping track of MIS
