Job Description

    Urgent requirement of Legal Consultant at Sion.Job Specifications
    • The candidate should be LLB with 6 to 8 years of experience.
    • The incumbent must have at least 3 to 4 Years experience in Real Estate sector.
    • The Candidate must have handled SRA litigation, Eviction, Conveyance related matters and documentation.
    • Age: Between 30 to 35 yrs
    • Staying in Central Suburbs OR should have travel time of less than an hour for reaching to Sion.
    Job Responsibilities
    • To handle litigation, arbitration, documentation, etc. for all legal matters on behalf of the company independently or in coordination with External Law Firms, and appear as per requirement.
    • To attend the courts where matter will be on Board in all courts like: Supreme Court, High Court, City Civil, Small Causes, Consumer Forum, RERA, SRA, in Mumbai & Thane etc., and appear as per requirement.
    • Timely preparation and updation of list of dates in each matter
    • To vet correspondence in cases of potential litigation. Protect legal action against the company by taking appropriate & timely recourse and also to negotiate possible cases for out of court settlement.
    • To draft and finalize different kind of applications to be submitted to the Police station, Society etc.
    • To remain abreast of the Judgments, alterations in the Real Estate Laws and expertise / specializations of different Law Firms & Counsels and coordinate with them for various legal matters of the company
