Job Description

    Campany- Tycoons Avanti Projects LLP Position: Legal Executive Job Location: Mumbai Kalyan.Experience: 2-4yearsJob Overview:The Legal Executive will be responsible for handling various legal tasks related to the Tycoons Project, ensuring that the companys operations comply with local and national laws. The role requires expertise in real estate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within the construction and development sector. Candidates having experience in civil matters and Real Estate Industry would be preferred 1) Maintaining Legal Files and Records of Documents. 2) Communicate with External Lawyers . 3) Keeping track of Court cases and RERA visits. 4) Maintaining Coordination. Liasoning with the concerned Departments for the settlement pending cases related to Legal. 5) Drafting Experience in English and Marathi. Skills:Strong knowledge of real estate laws, land acquisition, and property disputes.Proficiency in legal research, drafting contracts, and litigation support.Familiarity with construction and development laws, including regulatory compliance and environmental regulations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
