Job Description

    Job Title: Liaisoning OfficerJob Overview: The Liaisoning Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with various government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of rooftop solar projects. This position will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to solar energy.Location:- MumbaiCandidate must have contact in Maharashtra Electricity board.Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders related to rooftop solar projectsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with these stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issuesMonitor and stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to solar energy and ensure the company is in compliance with all relevant requirementsAssist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for rooftop solar projectsFacilitate the clearance of any roadblocks or delays in the implementation of rooftop solar projectsLiaiseaise with the internal teams to ensure that all documentation and reports are prepared and submitted in a timely mannerRepresent the company at meetings and conferences with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholdersCoordinate with external legal advisors as necessaryProvide guidance and advice to the internal teams on legal and regulatory matters related to rooftop solar projects
