Collaborating with Business Development head through-out the course of the day and shipping orders which will include the following tasks:a. Generating Labels and manifest of all the ordersb. Communicating with logistics partners and othersc. Keeping records, in the system, of executed orders on a daily basisd. Handling the tracking and delivery of ordered shipments / goods2. Ensuring on time delivery as promised by the logistics partner3. Escalating the issue to the logistics company when logistics partner fails deliver on time, as promised4. Handling returns from customers.
